Jen began her massage practice after graduating from East-West School of Massage in 2001 and has continued to build her skill and knowledge base along the way.  Her approach to massage is to concoct a blend of relaxation and therapeutic elements tailored to meet each client's needs.  Based on feedback from clients, she is able to provide deep tissue massage that feels both penetrating and solid, yet not invasive or painful.

At the beginning of the initial session, she will discuss with you what it is you are seeking to attain from the session, ask questions about the different aspects of your individual body, and utilize that informaiton in combination with her knowledge, skills, and intuition to provide the optimal outcome for your session.

Her skill set includes: deep tissue therapy, advanced myofascial release, trigger point theray, Thai massage, Hot Stone massage, and relaxation massage.  Please let her know when scheduling your appointment if you would like to add Hot Stones to your session, as they take 1 hour to warm up.
